Cherry tomatoes
Small mozzarella cheese balls (bite-sized)
Fresh basil leaves
Extra-virgin olive oil
Kosher salt
Freshly cracked black pepper
Thread a cherry tomato, a basil leaf, a cheese ball, and another cherry tomato on a printed wooden pick. Make as many appetizers as you wish. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and serve the Insalata Caprese appetizer.
