Placing an Order Q: How do I place an order? A: You can place your order online, 24 hours a day, or call us directly at 1-866-551-7377, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST).
Upon placing your order, you must submit your logo/art file via email to art@brandedstirs.com along with your confirmation number so we can match the logo art file up with your order for processing.
Our production artist then prepares an art proof, or e-proof, and the file is sent to you for approval. You must either fax your approval to 978-964-1552 or email it to art@brandedstirs.com.
Once we receive approval of the e-proof, your credit card is charged, the order is officially entered into production, and the materials are prepared.
Every BrandedStirs.com product is made to order, and in most cases, we'll be able to ship your product out within four weeks.
Q: Can I order in less than the minimum order quantity? A: In order to keep our costs as low as possible and pass them on to you the customer, we are only able to process orders that meet the minimum requirement noted.
Q: What is your minimum order? A: We accept orders as small as 5,000 pieces for Stirrers and Picks, and 500 pieces for the Sea-Sheller.
Q: Where does BrandedStirs.com accept orders from? A: At present, we ship to U.S. addresses only. We do, however, accept orders from any country in the world for delivery within the United States.
Q: How do I check on the status of an order? A: You may check the status of your order by calling 1-866-551-7377, or by sending email to sales@BrandedStirs.com
Payment Options Q: What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases? A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.
Please note: We no longer accept credit cards issued from a bank outside of the United States. We also do not accept American Express Gift Cards, Visa Gift Cards, or MasterCard Gift Cards.
Order Confirmation Q: How will I know if my order is confirmed? A: If you provided a valid email address during the Checkout process, you will receive an email after your order is placed. This email confirms that we have received your order and are processing it. Keep this email for your records because it contains your order number.
Changing or Canceling an Order Q: How do I change or cancel an order once it is placed? A: We start to manufacture your BrandedStirs.com custom product upon receiving approval on the e-proof provided, and your online order. Therefore, after this stage, cancellations or modifications to your order are not possible.
