Q: What is your Return Policy?
A: We start manufacturing your BrandedStirs custom product as soon as we receive your sign-off on the e-proof (art proof). Therefore, cancellations or modifications are not possible after this stage. Since your BrandedStirs product is truly unique, we are unable to accept returns.
Q: What if your product was not received as expected?
A: Although highly unlikely, if your product arrives and is not as indicated on the e-proof you approved (ex. different plastic color) you should contact Customer Service, toll free, at 1-866-551-7377.
