Q: Where is my order shipped from?
A: All orders are shipped direct from our manufacturing facility in Texas. Order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided when you placed the order.

Q: What shipping options are available?
A: Shipping is included in our prices for orders shipped within the continental United States. Orders from BrandedStirs.com are shipped via FEDEX Ground.

  • If your products require an alternate shipping method or are being shipped outside the continental U.S., call Customer Service at 1-866-551-7377 for rates.
  • All orders shipped to the states of California, Massachusetts and Texas will be subject to applicable sales tax.

Q: When is my order shipped?
A: Once we receive your approval of the art proof and order, your design is scheduled and materials are prepared. Every BrandedStirs.com product is made to order, and in most cases, we'll be able to ship out your product within three weeks.

Q: Can I ship an order to a P.O. Box?
A: Since we ship by FEDEX Ground service, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Q: Can I ship an order to multiple addresses?
A: If you would like to send a shipment to more than one address, you will have to place separate online orders for each destination, or place your order by phone at 1-866-551-7377.
